Users can determine alert volumes, statuses, types, resolution times, and frequency in the Alerts - Overview page.
- In the left-hand Navigation menu, locate the Monitoring section
- Select Alerts
- Page will default onto Overview
The goal of the Alerts - Overview page is to provide insight into the alerts occurring on your system from a high-level view
Overview
In the Overview section, users can determine alert volumes by day of the week and by time of the day, alert status, servers with alerts, and the most-generated alerts on the system. 
In the lower section of the Alerts - Overview page, users can determine alert locations, alert amounts, resolution times, the first occurrence and the last occurrence of the alert.
